We are delighted to announce that recently we have formulated a partnership with Piedmontese. Based in Nebraska, they produce certified Piedmontese beef which is healthier than beef from other breeds as it has fewer calories, less fat, and higher protein per ounce than beef from other sources. Chefs, venue owners, and consumers all over North America speak incredibly highly of the flavor and tenderness of Piedmontese beef and we are excited to bring this new offering to our clients.
